Shopify Flow reminders or a fulfillment exception desk?

Start with the simplest workflow that solves your problem. Not every store needs a separate exception-management app.

When a reminder is enough

Shopify Flow supports scheduled workflows and order lookups. A scheduled reminder about overdue orders may be enough if one person handles fulfillment and the follow-up is straightforward. Check Shopify's current documentation for your workflow's limits and availability.

When the handoff becomes the problem

A reminder tells someone to look. A persistent desk records who is handling the exception, the next step, snooze state, and the history of the case. That distinction matters when multiple people or locations share the queue.

What FulfillCue currently covers

FulfillCue focuses on overdue unfulfilled and partial orders, missing tracking after a grace period, and selected shipment exceptions reported by Shopify. It does not contact carriers directly or send email and Slack alerts. The early-access scan is limited to 600 orders from the most recent 59 days.

Try the workflow before choosing

Use the fictional interactive demo to assign a label, add a note, snooze, resolve, and reopen a case. If a simple Flow notification already gives your team enough clarity, keep that simpler setup.
