Privacy notice

Effective September 19, 2026. FulfillCue is operated by Mustapha Iddouch. Contact: iddouch.m@gmail.com.

Data used to provide the app

We read your Shopify store identifier and name, order identifiers and numbers, dates, order value and currency, payment and fulfillment statuses, shipping-required flags, tags, assigned locations, and fulfillment tracking availability. The app does not request customer names, postal addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers in its order query.

We store exception snapshots, settings, owner labels, handoff notes, and case history. Shopify authentication sessions include access tokens and may include staff account identifiers and profile information supplied by Shopify. These are used to authenticate the app, not for marketing.

Purpose and service providers

Data is used to detect fulfillment exceptions, preserve follow-up work, authenticate requests, diagnose failures, and fulfill privacy requests. Hosting is provided by Vercel and database hosting by Neon. Shopify supplies order data and authentication. These services may process data outside your country. We do not sell merchant data or use order information to train AI models. Website fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts.

Retention and removal

Inactive exception cases are deleted after 60 days during a successful scan. Active cases and notes remain while they continue to be flagged. Settings and sessions remain while the app is installed. A verified uninstall or Shopify shop-redaction webhook deletes app records for that shop. Verified customer-redaction requests delete the associated order cases. Provider backups and operational logs may persist under their retention policies.

Your choices and requests

Use the in-app CSV export for the currently displayed cases. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests, including older case activity not included in the CSV. We verify requests against the shop before disclosing information. Avoid entering personal customer information in owner labels or notes. Uninstalling stops further access to Shopify.

Security and updates

We use authenticated Shopify sessions, verified webhook signatures, shop-scoped database queries, HTTPS, and server-side secrets. No system is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be reflected here with a new effective date.
