How to use the app
- Set deadline hours, time zone, excluded tags, and optional location rules.
- Scan recent orders. Check the coverage warning before treating the queue as complete.
- Open an exception, add an owner label and handoff note, then snooze or mark it handled.
- Make any actual fulfillment changes in Shopify. Scan again to refresh the queue.
Current coverage and limitations
- Up to 600 newest orders in the last 59 days per scan. Orders with over 100 line items or 50 fulfillment records may be incomplete. A warning is shown.
- Paid, partially paid, and partially refunded physical orders are considered. Cancelled, fully refunded, pending-payment, digital-only, excluded-tag, and held fulfillment work are skipped.
- Weekday mode excludes Saturdays and Sundays in the selected time zone. It does not model working hours or public holidays.
- Missing tracking is a prompt to investigate, not proof of a problem: some shipments legitimately have no tracking.
- Shipment exceptions use Shopify-reported failure or attempted-delivery status. There is no direct carrier feed, predictive delivery estimate, or 3PL API connection.
- Automatic maintenance runs daily for an early-access batch of up to five stores. Manual scans are available; continuous or real-time monitoring is not promised.
- Owner labels do not create team accounts or notifications. Notes are visible to staff who can access this app.
- The workspace displays the 1,000 most recently updated cases and up to 50 recent events per case. Inactive cases are removed after 60 days during a successful scan. The CSV contains those displayed cases, not a full audit archive.

The Operations plan costs US$49 per month or US$490 per year, with a 14-day trial. Development stores can test the plan free of charge. Shopify displays the billing terms before you approve a subscription. Public installation is subject to Shopify App Store approval.
