Terms of use
Effective September 19, 2026. FulfillCue is an early-access application operated by Mustapha Iddouch. Questions: iddouch.m@gmail.com.
The service
FulfillCue helps merchants review fulfillment exceptions and record follow-up work. It reads Shopify data and stores local case actions. It does not fulfill orders, change payments, contact customers, guarantee delivery, or recover revenue. You remain responsible for validating results and taking action in Shopify.
Early access
The service is evolving and may be interrupted or changed. Current limits are described on the support page. The Operations plan costs US$49 per month or US$490 per year, with a 14-day trial. Shopify displays the applicable price and billing terms before you approve a subscription. Development stores can test the plan free of charge. Billing is managed by Shopify; uninstall the app to stop future subscription renewals.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for stores you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse the service, or place sensitive customer or payment information in notes. Keep your Shopify account secure and report suspected unauthorized access.
Accuracy and availability
Results depend on Shopify data, permissions, scan coverage, and your settings. A cleared case is not a promise that an order has shipped or been delivered. No earnings, ranking, delivery, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. Data handling is described in the privacy notice. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or respond to misuse.
